Attractiv Platform is a website owned by Attractiv Entertainment, officially registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Commercial Registration No.:4650248521 . It is an electronic platform for intermediating the sale of tickets for entertainment, sports, tourism, and celebration activities and events organized by government entities and the private sector.
By using the application or website, you agree to this agreement without restrictions or conditions. Attractiv Platform has the right to modify this agreement at any time, and the modified version will be published on the application and website. The modified version of the (Terms and Conditions Agreement) will be effective from the date of its publication on the platform and application. After publication, your continued use of the platform constitutes your commitment to the terms and conditions contained in the modified version, and your consent to the application of the amendments.
First: The following terms, whenever mentioned in this agreement – the Terms and Conditions Agreement – shall mean the following:
- Customer: Any person who uses the Attractiv Platform application and website to book or purchase tickets to enter events available on the website and application.
- Service Provider: The person or entity that offers tickets for their activities or events for sale through the Attractiv Platform application and platform.
- The Platform and the Application: Refers to “Attractiv Platform application and platform” wherever mentioned in this agreement, unless the context of the text indicates another meaning.
- Account: The page/record of the service provider created in order for the service provider to benefit from the services of the Attractiv Platform in marketing and selling tickets for its events and celebrations.
- Customer Account: The registration page for the customer to benefit from the platform and application services in purchasing tickets.
- Event: Any activity or event, whether sports, tourism, entertainment, cultural, social, or otherwise.
- Ticket: An electronic card that includes event information and allows its holder to enter the event, and may contain other data such as category, seat number, hall number, or other information.
Tameez Card: A card issued by Attractiv to distinguish customers with discounts at its partners.
Partners: Any entity or individual that exchanges interests and benefits with the Attractiv Platform.
Second: Conditions for customer registration on the website or application:
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Must be of full legal capacity and over 18 years of age, and the customer acknowledges that they are of full legal capacity.
- The customer undertakes to provide the Attractiv Platform with the correct information and data required to benefit from the platform’s services.
- The customer is prohibited from performing any act that may lead to an unsustainable or disproportionate burden on the platform or its infrastructure.
- The customer is prohibited from publishing or uploading any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racist, morally inappropriate, or otherwise illegal content or information.
- The customer is prohibited from entering or attempting to enter the Attractiv Platform without authorization, granting others permission to use their account, impersonating any person, or distorting membership with another person, and the customer bears the consequences of violating the provisions of this paragraph.
- The customer is prohibited from performing any act that may cause damage to or conflict with the intellectual property rights of the Attractiv Platform.
- The customer is prohibited from uploading or attaching any files, programs, or other materials protected by intellectual property laws or (any private or public rights) that they do not have the rights to use.
- If it becomes clear to the Attractiv Platform, according to its personal assessment, that the customer has violated any of these conditions, it has the right to delete any materials or content that has been published – without warning the customer – or take measures (including stopping, suspending, or restricting the customer’s access to the platform) or preventing the customer from using the Attractiv Platform, or reporting the customer to Internet service providers or the competent authorities, or taking any legal action.
Third: Purchase Provisions:
- The role of the Attractiv Platform is limited to displaying and selling tickets, and it is not responsible for organizing the event, and it does not bear any responsibilities or obligations to the customer related to the organization of the event and its events.
- Before completing the purchase process, the customer is obligated to review the terms, conditions, and information of the event specified by the service provider. The customer must be aware that each event has its own special provisions, and once the customer completes the purchase process, the customer is considered to have agreed to the service provider’s terms and is aware of all event information.
- The customer specifies the category, type, and number of tickets they wish to purchase according to the categories and types offered by the service provider.
- The customer pays the value of the ticket through the payment methods of the Attractiv Platform approved on the platform.
- After paying the value of the ticket, a copy of the ticket is sent to the email registered in the customer’s account, and the customer is not entitled to cancel the ticket after completing the purchase process (except in the cases mentioned according to each event).
- In the event that the event is canceled, and the organizer agrees to refund the value of the ticket to the customer, the value of the ticket will be transferred to the customer within a period ranging from 14 to 30 working days, and Attractiv has the right to deduct any administrative and banking expenses from the customer or the organizer according to the appropriate assessment of the refund case.
- The customer is obligated to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, and if the customer takes an action that violates what is stated in this agreement, the Attractiv Platform has the right to disable their use of the platform’s services at any time without prior notice, and the Attractiv Platform also has the right to resort to the competent authority to demand compensation from the customer for any damage.
Fourth: Payment Services
- The customer must record – on the payment page – correct and valid bank card information (Mada / Visa / MasterCard), or data for any other payment method available on the platform.
- The customer is prohibited from fraud in using an incorrect or invalid payment method, and is also prohibited from using a stolen payment method, and the customer bears the responsibility as a result of violating this paragraph.
- The platform, through an electronic payment intermediary, will deduct the value of purchases from the credit card or payment method approved by the customer.
- The customer’s issuance of the purchase order is an authorization from them to the platform’s right to deduct the value of the purchases.
- All purchases are made in Saudi Riyals, and all payments must be in Saudi currency, and if the customer pays using another currency, they bear the expenses and fees resulting from the currency conversion or any other bank fees.
Fifth: Responsibility:
- The work of the Attractiv Platform is limited to providing the service of mediation and reconciliation and bringing points of view closer between the customer and the service provider in selling tickets for events/celebrations.
- If the customer is exposed to any damages resulting from the service provider’s negligence or neglect in implementing the event, the service provider bears full responsibility to the customer, and the Attractiv Platform is not obligated to bear any obligations or responsibilities towards the customer.
- The customer bears full responsibility alone when committing any violation of the provisions of the agreement or violating the instructions of the Attractiv Platform or the instructions and provisions of the service provider, and the Attractiv Platform and the service provider have the right to sue them and demand any compensation for any damages resulting from their violations of this agreement or the terms and conditions of the service provider.
Sixth: General Provisions
- The Attractiv Platform has the right to stop the customer’s account and prevent them from benefiting from the platform’s services when they violate the provisions of this agreement at any time.
- The Attractiv Platform has the right to provide the service provider or the competent authorities with the customer’s personal information, including the name, identity data, payment method data, and credit card, when a report is received or a complaint is registered against them.
Seventh: Notices:
The correspondence of the Attractiv Platform on the official addresses recorded in the customer’s registration page or the notifications that are made through the application or website are legal notices that produce the effects of notification.
Eighth: Litigation and Dispute Resolution
The laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply to the provisions of this agreement, and the competent authority in the Madinah region has jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising from the application of this agreement, and the Attractiv Platform has the right to sue its opponents before the competent authorities in the Madinah region or their place of residence.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Ticket Purchase Policy:
The Attractiv Platform sells tickets on behalf of organizers and service providers responsible for organizing and managing activities and events and is therefore not responsible for the content of the event or activity or the level of service.
In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the service provided to him, he must contact the service provider organizer for any complaints or comments regarding the service, and the Attractiv Platform does not bear any responsibility in this regard.
The Attractiv Platform will not be responsible for any problems, damages, or injuries arising from the activity or event for which the customer purchased tickets.
By purchasing from the website or any retail outlet operating in the name of the Attractiv Platform or its agent, contractor, or collaborator, the customer acknowledges acceptance of all that is stated in this acknowledgment.
The ticket(s) purchased are for the use of the specified buyer or their immediate family members or friends, and the ticket cannot be resold for a value greater than the original purchase price, whether sold directly or through an intermediary or through websites, electronic stores, or social media applications.
Customers are advised not to purchase tickets that are resold through secondary sales sites (such as sales and purchase sites, pages, electronic stores, or similar sites) or through individuals and ticket resale brokers, whether in person at event locations or through social media pages or online sales sites, as these tickets may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by the event management.
The venue management may ask the customer to provide proof that he is the original purchaser of the ticket at the point of entry to activities and events in the form of an original acceptable identity card such as a passport, driver’s license, national identity card and / or by presenting the original credit / debit card used to purchase the ticket(s).
In the event that the customer purchases more than one ticket for the same event, all members of the customer’s party attending the event must enter the activities and events at the same time as the customer.
Customers are responsible for protecting their tickets from loss or theft. The Attractiv Platform and event management are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets and do not make refunds for lost or stolen tickets. This applies to both electronically issued tickets and printed tickets. In the event that an electronic ticket is copied / stolen for the customer (for example, via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address or the customer shared it with others) and the ticket(s) was used and scanned before the ticket holder entered the activities and events, entry will be denied to anyone else holding a ticket whose holder has been logged in, as the ticket(s) will be canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be provided to the customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic tickets with the same caution and care that they protect actual printed tickets from theft. And not to share it with others.
Full payment of the ticket(s) price is made at the time of purchase, and the ticket(s) is sent to the customer via email shortly after the purchase is completed.
In the event of fraudulent payment using a lost / stolen debit / credit card or the credit / debit card was used without the cardholder’s permission, the venue management reserves the right to cancel this ticket(s) purchased without refunding the value of the ticket(s).
Policy on the use of tickets and attendance at facilities and all events:
The customer is responsible for checking whether there are any restrictions imposed on entry to activities and events, such as age restrictions or dress code restrictions, before purchasing a ticket(s) from the site. The activities and events management will not be held responsible, and will not refund the price of the ticket(s) purchased if entry to the activities and events is denied for any reason, including but not limited to, non-compliance with the dress code, non-compliance with age restrictions, or dangerous, disruptive or illegal behavior that leads to the venue management refusing entry.
In all cases, the venue management reserves the right to enter and reserves the right to conduct security checks at any time to ensure safety and security at activities and events.
If the customer is excluded or ejected from any activities or events by the venue management or security, the customer is not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
Many venues apply a strict “no re-entry” policy, which means that if the customer leaves the venue during activities and events, he will not be allowed to return to the venue using the original ticket(s). The customer is responsible for identifying the re-entry policy for activities and events before entering. No refunds will be issued to customers who leave the venue during activities and events and are denied re-entry due to the no re-entry policy.
The venue management may restrict the items that are brought to activities and events, including but not limited to food and beverages, audio recording equipment, seats, selfie sticks, and items that are considered illegal or dangerous or potential weapons. The event management will not be held responsible, and will not refund the value of the ticket(s) in the event of refusal of entry to activities and events or expulsion of the customer by the venue management or removal of a prohibited item or attempt to bring a restricted item to the venue.
The Attractiv Platform assumes no responsibility or obligation for lost or stolen property, or injury at activities and events.
The customer is responsible for attending the event at the correct time and on the correct date. The customer is responsible for verifying that the activities and events are scheduled to take place on the original date published and at the original time published on the official web page. The venue management assumes no responsibility or obligation for any loss, whether actual or implied, due to the customer’s error in verifying the date and time of the activities and events before traveling to the activities and events. In the event that the activities and events are canceled or postponed, the venue management may offer a refund to the customer in accordance with the event organizer’s refund policy.
The customer’s failure to attend the activities and events for any reason will not be a reason for making refunds.
The customer is responsible for attending the activities and events at the specified time, and being at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the activity or events. The customer will not be allowed to enter the events and events 5 minutes after the ticket time. No refunds will be made to latecomers.
By purchasing a ticket(s) through the platform online, you hereby agree to be photographed or recorded by the venue management or any third party acting on behalf of the venue management at activities and events or in the areas directly adjacent to the venue entrance. Furthermore, by purchasing a ticket(s) through the Attractiv Platform, you hereby waive all rights in any photographs, videos or audio recordings of you at activities and events or areas directly adjacent to the venue entrance (“Recorded Material”) made by the venue management or any third party acting on behalf of the venue management. And you hereby agree that the venue management or any third party acting on behalf of the venue management may use these recorded materials in any way they deem appropriate without restriction or consent from you or compensation to you.
Policy on paying the value of tickets, delivery and collection:
Payment:
The ticket(s) can be paid for online using a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. Payment is secured using 128-bit encryption technology or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol when processing your financial details and 128-bit encryption technology is the industry standard.
The customer must record – on the payment page – correct and valid bank card information (Mada / Visa / MasterCard), or data for any other payment method available on the platform at the time of purchase.
The customer is prohibited from fraud in using an incorrect or invalid payment method, and is also prohibited from using a stolen payment method, and the customer bears the responsibility as a result of violating this paragraph.

The customer’s issuance of the purchase order is an authorization from them to the platform’s right to deduct the value of the purchases.

In some events, tickets can be sold through special sales outlets of the Attractiv Platform or through a contractor, agent, or cooperating retail outlet, and cash or bank card payment is accepted through point-of-sale devices.
Delivery:
The Attractiv Platform issues a ticket(s) purchased online, in advance, electronically as PDF files and sends it to the customer via email. The customer can print this PDF file and use it as a ticket(s) entry or just show the QR code at the venue entrance.
The customer is responsible for providing the Attractiv Platform with a correct email address for delivering the ticket(s), and checking the inbox and spam/junk mail folder for the email containing the PDF file for the ticket(s). The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address to which emails can be delivered without problems.
The Attractiv Platform cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of electronic tickets in cases where an inaccurate or undeliverable email address has been provided.
The usual delivery time for email confirmation messages including the electronic ticket is between 10 and 30 minutes after the order is completed online. At particularly busy times such as the first day of sales for a very popular event, it may take up to 24 hours for email confirmation messages to be processed and delivered. If the customer does not receive the email confirmation message for the ticket(s) information within 24 hours, he must contact the Attractiv Platform customer service regarding the order. If the customer is purchasing a ticket for an event taking place on the same day, he must contact the Attractiv Platform customer services if he has not received the electronic confirmation message within one hour of completing the order.
In the very limited cases where the email address provided by the customer is accurate and deliverable, but the Attractiv Platform is still unable to deliver the electronic confirmation message to that email address, the “Attractiv Platform” will make arrangements to deliver the electronic confirmation message and the electronic ticket to an alternative email address provided by the customer, or provide the customer with a printed copy of the electronic ticket at the collection point on the day of the activities and events.
Refund Policy
The Attractiv Platform sells tickets on behalf of organizers and service providers responsible for organizing and managing activities and events, noting that once purchased, the value of the ticket(s) cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred except with the approval of the organizers and in the circumstances detailed below specifically without interference from the platform in the organizer’s decision to approve or reject the refund of the ticket price.
After the organizer approves the refund of the ticket(s) price, customers can apply for a refund to the Attractiv Platform within 14 days after the purchase date or in the case of canceled or postponed activities and events within 14 days from the date of the announcement of the postponement of the activities and events or their cancellation, only in the following cases:
If the activities and events are canceled for any reason.
If the start or end time of the activities and events is significantly changed, and this change in time is not less than four hours or more than the time originally published.
If the activities and events are postponed for any reason. In the event of postponement, customers may be offered the option of using their original ticket for a rescheduled date for the event.
If the event venue is changed to a location significantly different from the original venue location. In order for the venue change to be a justified reason for a refund, the new venue must be at least 40 km from the original venue or the new venue must be of significantly lower quality in terms of services, amenities and atmosphere than the original venue.
The Attractiv Platform will consider refund requests, based only on the circumstances mentioned above, and may request specific documents or other evidence supporting any such requests.
If the Attractiv Platform accepts, in its sole discretion, a refund request from the organizer, the refund will be issued via the same method as the original payment. If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original purchase, less any fees determined by the Attractiv Platform.
The Attractiv Platform reserves the right to deduct up to 40% of the original purchase value that is refunded to cover the costs of administrative fees and bank fees in processing the purchase, cancellation, then refunding the funds and transferring them to the customer.
The quality of performance, technical issues, or the customer’s lack of enjoyment of the performance will not be considered justified reasons for making a refund.
Abandoning any activities or events once they have started for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, earthquakes, fires, floods, death, fate, war, rebellion, strike, lockout, power outage, action by a government authority or any other acts of force majeure beyond reasonable control, will not be considered justified reasons for a refund.
The Attractiv Platform does not accept responsibility or offer any form of compensation for any consequential losses, whether actual or perceived (such as travel and / or accommodation costs or losses incurred due to the event) related to ticket sales or activities and events sold by the Attractiv Platform. The maximum value of any refund or compensation offered by the Attractiv Platform to the customer is always limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased, less any administrative fees determined by the Attractiv Platform to process the refund.
The customer’s purchase through the Attractiv Platform website or through any retail outlet operating on behalf of the Attractiv Platform, the customer agrees to this refund policy without restriction or condition.
How to apply for a refund:
To request a refund for an electronic ticket purchased online through the Attractiv Platform, based on the circumstances detailed above, please contact the Attractiv Platform via the dedicated form or email.
The customer must ensure that the name and date of the event, the transaction number for the purchase, the ticket numbers, the email address, the full name and the telephone number of the person who purchased the ticket(s) are included in the email message. The customer must put the subject of the email as “Refund Request”.
The customer must state the reason for requesting a refund. There is no need to attach copies of the electronic ticket(s) to the refund request. The Attractiv Platform may request further evidence from the customer to prove that their request for a refund is justified and complies with the ticket refund policy.
Disclaimer Agreement
The approval of the disclaimer agreement is issued in favor of Attractiv Entertainment Company, the owner and operator of the Attractiv Platform, in its capacity as a platform for selling tickets on behalf of the organizers of activities and events as a prerequisite for purchasing all types of tickets, subscriptions, memberships, etc., whether for attending, watching, using, or participating in shows, games, individual and group kinetic activities, facilities and services (referred to collectively and individually as facilities).
I, the undersigned (Participant), for myself / herself, for my heirs and relatives, successors, and legal representatives, hereby expressly undertake to agree to the disclaimer agreement and waive claims and assume the existence of risks in favor of Attractiv Entertainment Company, the owner and operator of the Attractiv Platform, and that it will not be responsible for any problems, damages, injuries, or damages arising from the activity or event for which I purchased tickets in the event of any risks or accidents arising from the participant’s use of equipment and facilities or attendance, or watching, or participating, including but not limited to, the risks of death or bodily injury or damage to property as a result of collision with himself or another person or fixed object; fires, explosions, or the unavailability of emergency medical care, or the negligent or intentional acts of another person; or any other situation whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty or the occurrence of damage (including negligence and strict liability), the Attractiv Platform and Attractiv Entertainment Company will not be liable for any damages, whether special, consequential, incidental, or punitive, and exempt and disclaim the Attractiv Platform and Attractiv Entertainment Company, the organizers, and all those who succeed and follow them, and all branches, operators, subsidiaries, directors, employees, financiers, and property owners, and waive any claims or take action with respect to injuries, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the use and participants, for the facilities or presence therein, including but not limited to, those resulting in death or bodily injury or damage to property, whether due to negligence or other error on the part of the organizers, that strict product liability or any other liability exempt and disclaim the organizers, and facility owners from all liabilities towards the participant, and I agree to indemnify them against all damages or injuries arising from the use of the facilities by any party including non-participants, or damages that may result due to negligence by the organizers or any participant I understand and agree that the “Organizer” does not provide any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of marketability and fitness for reality, as well as the devices and games used by the participant as operating and control devices and machines used in any individual or group kinetic activity and operating manuals, instructions, communications, designs, etc. waive the protection provided by any legislation or law in any jurisdiction whose purpose or content or effect provides that the general release does not extend to claims, whether material or otherwise, that the person making the release does not know about or suspects their existence at the time of the release.
To indemnify (personally or using my property) the organizers and defend them and the parties belonging to them against any misrepresentation, damage, losses, costs and expenses including attorneys’ fees which may arise in any way due to the participant’s use or presence in the organizers’ facilities. This acknowledgment, indemnity and waiver shall be construed as broadly as possible to obtain the maximum amount of compensation and waiver permitted under applicable law
Pay for all damages to the facilities caused by the participant, whether by negligence or otherwise Agree that in the event of using and participating in the organizers’ facilities, I acknowledge that I am aware of all the risks inherent in using and practicing or watching the activities and games provided to the participant and the basic safety rules for its use (and if not, I will inform the organizers in writing of this and request further assistance until I fully and completely understand the rules and guidelines). I agree that I have read and understood the guidelines / rules regarding the use of the facilities, which I consider to be fair and rational and I understand that the use of these facilities cannot be without risk to others or to myself and I am solely responsible for that.
I fully understand that the organizers reserve the absolute right to cancel permission to use the facilities at any time, and I acknowledge that I am aware that the organizers do not refund payments for any reason and I have read the terms and conditions, and I understand that by entering into this agreement / acknowledgment / waiver of compensation, I irrevocably waive valuable rights and do so freely and voluntarily.
